Give me your names!
So I was just reading some of the suggestions that people gave Maxx for his bike name and it got me thinking. At some point during this trip if not before we leave we will probably name all three bikes. So why not take it further. Let's name the car too. So please give your suggestions for a name for the all important "pace car." My suggestion is El Canario En Fuego! I think it's simple yet radiates sheer awesomeness. But, I understand that some people may not appreciate the greatness of such a name so that's why I think more people should give some input.
Let's hear it.

Getting close to leaving!
All of us have heard the question "Where are you going to stay?". I have heard this question probably over a 100 times. We will be using CouchSurfing.com and hoping that people take us in along the way.

But I want to ask all of our friends if they know anyone in any of the places that we will be in... Check the list out!

Work

So i just got home from 12 hours at Dexter's (far superior to 12 hours at Steak 'n' Shake... I don't feel like an emotionally crippled waif), and I must say that i am less stressed out than when I first arrived in Orlando. This week won't be so bad.

My back tire tube popped as I was trying to pump it up before i got to orlando, so now i have to get the stupid thing fixed while I go and meet with Jack, the owner of Locomotion (a man who could make our trip much easier). The trip is going to be full of accidental back tire tube pops, and I just would love to be ready for them.

If fortune is when preparation meets luck, then resilience is when preparation meets bad luck.

Giving Credit Where It's Due
I think I can speak for the whole crew when I say that this website went far and beyond our expectations.  I feel like we should take the time to thank the three people who made it happen:

Filup Molina
Ricky Klopfenstein
Ryan Moulton

Filup is the one that designed and built the entire site.  He has spent a ridiculous amount of time getting things just the right way, and he deserves not only our gratitude, but major props for coming up with such a great website...

The first of many
So today is kind of hitting me as the last kind of day where i have academic school work.  In my head i was telling myself that as soon as school is over, bike trip mode begins.
Today, bike trip mode has begun.
Next week involves me shmoozing every lawyer and doctor in winter park while I try to mimosa a good tip out of them so i can live in relative luxury while my ass takes a railing.
Also, the name for my bike is still in the air.  Troublesome.  Suggestions?

Tata for now.
